Conditions of purchase and cancellation

Always before making the reservation for the boat pick-up from or to the Masca pier, you must go to the website WWW.CAMINODEBARRANCODEMASCA.COM where you must make your reservation and buy your tickets for the Masca ravine.

Once you have received confirmation of your Masca Express reservation, you must be present at your reserved time at the Masca pier. If you have booked the canyon climb, you must show up at your reserved time at the Los Gigantes harbour. When you have reserved your seats for the Masca Express tour from the Los Gigantes pier to the Masca pier, your meeting point will be:

There you will find the Masca Express staff who will tell you where the Masca Express leaves for the Masca pier.

You must provide the original and authentic voucher to the relevant service provider in order to participate in your excursion. Your reservation cannot be accepted or admitted without presenting a valid voucher. Presentation of the voucher in digital format (for example, your phone or tablet) will also be accepted.

CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION?

With more than 72 hours in advance:

The change or cancellation will not entail any cost.
In case of cancellation, 100% of the charged rate will be refunded.
In case of change, the new date will be selected within a maximum of one year.

With 72 hours or less notice:

Changes are not allowed with less than 72 hours notice, only cancellations.
In case of cancellation, the fee charged will not be refunded.

No refunds will be made if you do not show up at the time of booking without having previously requested a change or cancellation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ACTIVITY IS CANCELED?

If for reasons of force majeure (alert due to adverse weather, bad sea conditions) and the autorities decides to cancel the visits, the people who have booked will be notified as far in advance as possible. Keep in mind that in the event of adverse weather, for example, the lead time may be very few hours. In any case, you can change your date or cancel at no cost.

If you wish to change the reservation to another day, you can do so at no cost.

If you wish to cancel the reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the rate.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY RESERVATION?

Yes, the reservation can be modified with a minimum of 72 hours in advance, as long as there are free places on the new chosen date.
